The Weekly Session is the only plan that renews: $99 every week until you cancel (about $429 a month on average). You can cancel at any time, online, at the Stripe billing portal (sign in with the email you subscribed with), or by emailing marcus@theshift.energy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the week you have already paid for; you keep that week's session and are not charged again. No call, no reason, no forms.
Every other plan is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing held against your card afterwards.
You keep every session delivered to you, and access to your recordings continues for 12 months.
A weekly session is non-refundable once it has been written, because it is built to order from your request. A week already paid for is not refunded in part if you cancel mid-week.
You are still refunded that week's charge in full if: the session is never delivered; you are charged twice; we cannot take you on (for example, your answers indicate you are in crisis and the session is held); or you cancelled before a renewal date and were charged anyway. Those are our failures, not yours. Email us and we will refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Listen to at least 7 of your 8 sessions in a Program cycle and log them. If at the end of that cycle you tell us nothing has shifted, that cycle is refunded in full. No forms, no argument.
The completion requirement isn't a loophole — a protocol that wasn't run can't be evaluated, and the method depends on repeated passes. But if you actually run it and it does nothing for you, you shouldn't pay for it.
Logging is one tap. Every session email has a link at the bottom; press it when you've finished listening. That's what completion is measured against, so it's worth doing as you go rather than trying to reconstruct it later.
To claim: email marcus@theshift.energy within 14 days of your cycle ending. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The single situational session is non-refundable once it has been written. It is built to order from your intake, for one specific event, and cannot be resold or reused. You are told this before you pay, not only here.
You are still refunded in full if: the session cannot be provided because we decline to take you on; the session is never delivered; or you are charged twice. Those are our failures, not yours.
What it is and isn't. A single session targets one upcoming situation — a talk, an interview, a flight, a procedure, a night's sleep. It is not the eight-session protocol and won't do what that does. Changing a long-standing belief needs repeated passes over weeks; one session cannot deliver that, and we won't suggest otherwise to make the sale.

Where the law of your place gives you a refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived, that right applies in addition to this policy.
If the sessions aren't landing, reply and tell us why before the cycle ends. Voice, pacing, tone, and the specific material used can all be adjusted — often the fix is small. A refund is always available, but a rebuild is usually the better outcome.
Please contact us before filing a card dispute. Nearly everything is resolvable directly, and directly is faster than a bank's process.
