One custom session, built for one particular thing on your calendar. Not a program — a session.
There's a date on your calendar you've been thinking about more than you'd like.
A presentation. An interview. A flight. A procedure. A conversation you've been rehearsing in the shower. An exam. A night before something where you know, already, that you won't sleep well.
You don't need a month-long program for that. You need one good session, built for that specific thing, that you can listen to in the days leading up to it and again the morning of.
That's what this is. You tell me what's coming, what happens in your body when you think about it, and how you want to walk into it instead. A session gets built around exactly that — your situation, your words, my voice — and lands in your inbox about fifteen minutes later.
The rest of this site argues that changing a belief you've carried since childhood takes eight sessions over a month, because the mechanism needs repeated passes. I stand by that, and a single session will not do it.
What a single session is genuinely good for is different: lowering the anticipatory dread around one specific upcoming event, and rehearsing a steadier way through it. That's well-supported, it's what this is built for, and it's all I'll claim.
So — if you have a talk on Thursday and your stomach drops every time you think about it, this is the right thing to buy. If you've believed you're not good enough since you were nine, this isn't going to fix that, and I'd rather tell you now than take your $99 and have you find out.
If the second one is closer to the truth, the program is what you want.
If you start any program within 30 days, the whole $99 comes off it — automatically, from your email address. No code to keep, nothing to ask for. Try the thing before committing to the thing.
Takes about 5 minutes. Payment at the end.
Please read this. The Shift is not medical or psychological treatment and is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or mental health professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. No specific outcome is promised — results vary by person and by situation.
This session is non-refundable once written, because it is custom-built for you and cannot be reused. You are still refunded in full if the session is never delivered, if you're charged twice, or if I decline to take you on.
Never listen while driving or operating machinery. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, this is not appropriate — please contact a crisis line or emergency services. In the US, call or text 988.
Five minutes. The more specific you are, the better this fits.
You'll pay on Stripe's secure page. Your session follows about 15 minutes later.
Payment's gone through and your intake is in.
Your session is being built now — around the situation you described, not a template. It'll be in your inbox in about 15 minutes. Check your spam folder once, just in case.
Listen to it a few times before the day, and once on the morning of. Headphones, somewhere you won't be interrupted, never while driving.

That took courage to write down, and I'm not going to treat it lightly.
You told me you're having thoughts of harming yourself. I'm not going to sell you a recording right now — not because there's anything wrong with you, but because what you're carrying deserves a live human being who can respond to you in real time. A recording can't do that. You have not been charged, and no payment details were taken.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

If you'd like, email me at marcus@theshift.energy — not for the session, just so I know how you're doing. And when things are steadier, the door here is open.
